Pet owners who feed their cat the current NF Renal Function can, after proper assessment by a veterinarian, switch to NF Advanced Care. If the stage of chronic renal insufficiency is known, NF Renal Function Advanced Care can be given to cats in stage 2, as it is a complete and well-balanced food. Depending on the cat's clinical and nutritional status, the cat can in some cases be fed with NF Renal Function Early Care.
- The new dry foods do not contain any new ingredients so there should be no problem with the transition from the old NF.
- For sensitive individuals, a transition of 5-7 days is always recommended.
- What are the differences between the current NF Renal Function and NF Renal Function Advanced Care?
- The biggest difference is that we have significantly reduced the phosphorus content and also increased the fat content.
- Complete dietetic food for adult cats. Supports kidney function in chronically impaired kidney function with limited levels of high-quality protein and phosphorus.
- High quality protein, in limited amounts, helps to minimise muscle loss and reduce the build-up of toxins in the body, and limited levels of phosphorus help to slow the progression of chronic renal failure.
- Increased levels of omega 3 fatty acids: With EPA and DHA to help support the kidneys in the advanced stages of renal failure
- Great taste to satisfy cats with reduced appetite.
- Feeding guide:
- • Recommended duration of use is initially up to 6 months.
- • We recommend that you ask a veterinarian before using the product or extending the period of use.

- • Feline NF Renal Function Early Care is also available. When feeding Feline NF dry and wet food, reduce the amount of dry food by 20g for every 1/3 of Feline wet food.
